At Evil Genius Beer Company, we want you to love your gear as much as our brews, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unworn merchandise. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food or beverage products.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
